I have hooded eyes and I’d like to know some tips for just mascara and eyeliner (school). I’d also like to know tips on how to use the bobbi brown notebook palette and or the rimmel gold GLAM’EYES QUAD EYESHADOW. Also any other tips or ideas? Thoughts on liquid eyeliner? Thank you in advance
